Genes, Man

When you have a new baby, prepare yourself for the influx of people giving their opinion on who the baby looks most like.  I think it's sweet & fun to try & see who babies will look like & see which parts of their parents they end up with.  With Evie, it's been the general consensus that she looks most like me.  She definitely has J's toes & eyelashes, though.  Which I was secretly hoping for.   He has the longest, curliest eyelashes ever.

When I caught my first glance of her on the table getting suctioned, I immediately thought she looked like Collin.  Maybe it's just because I carried them both, so they look similar to me, but I really see a lot of Collin in her.  I love it.  They have a lot of similar personality traits, too.




What do you guys think?  Does she look like Collin?  

Can someone hold me?  OMGLOOKATCOLLIN!!!!!!!  He was so tiny.  Well, who am I kidding?  He was never tiny, but he was smaller.  Sob, sob.

  2. My two were the same as well! Our pediatrician came in to see my after baby #2, and said they didn't have to tell her he was mine since he looked exactly like my first. Now that baby #3 is on the way, I wonder if he/she will come out the "runt" and look completely different!
